My SIL talked me into getting one about 3 years ago. I didn't think it was all that great an idea, but went along with it. Now, I buy nearly all my meat after it gets marked down due to age. Saturday I was able to buy two packages of tenderloin steaks originally marked $10.60 and $11.20 for just $5.95 each. That's inexpensive, excellent cuts of beef. I cooked another t-bone that I froze last January and it was just as fresh as if I had just brought it home from the store. I love this thing.
