That's the action I was talking about when I was referring to the "wave of the future". Obviously its happening, but it isn't too common yet.

The reasons for the cyber attack makes the case even more interesting. Twenty five percent of the Estonian population is Russian. They [the Russians in Estonia] were upset because the statue of a Russian military guy was being moved from a town square to, I think, a cemetery for WW II vets. They protested for days before the move was made.....often violently. After decades of being at the top of the food chain, Russians in Estonian are none too happy that they enjoy only enjoy minority status now.

Meanwhile Mother Russia ain't too happy with Estonia either.....they opposed the Estonians joining the EU and NATO. So they too complained vigorously to the Estonian ambassador about moving the statue. When that didn't stop the Estonians, the cyber attack on Estonian institutions began. Putin can be a real d*ck.
