what about mcdonalds?

I am not going to make a sweeping judgment about Chinese products based upon tainting of a few items (similar things happened when the US was becoming an industrial power, I suppose China will make the same mistakes in regards to worker safety, weak inspections (read Upton Sinclair's "The Jungle"), and high pollution as the west did when it was developing ( Human Behavior repeats itself) but McDonald's is not an apt comparison, information is freely available to show that high consumption of it's products is fattening. One doesn't expect Ethylene Glycol in ones cough medicine. If I drink two cases of Chinese or American Beer and expire, I'm at fault not China or the US.
