Well, I looked at the charts in February - the mini-BK was not apparent until 2/27, and then the NAS just opened down, so you would have already lost a bunch at the open if you were long -g- It was not a 5 day event, rather, a 1-day event. -g- Were you short then? I sure wasn't -g- Wells Fargo has 30-year fixed rates at 7%. I wonder who would be able to pay that nowadays, and what this rates spike will do to already collapsing housing. -ggg-
