(DON'T BE SO QUICK TO JUDGE) I can only speak from my own experience. I have a small business. I have > 140K in accounts recievable from Govt Agencies and other related (Quasi Govt. Insurance Agencies) et al. I have an IRS lien of nearly 20K and am levied by them nearly every month in spite of having a "payment arrangement" which they said they would not levy me. It's getting old. You know. The IRS agents say one thing and do exactly the opposite. There isn't much you can do about it even when you call them up and tell them they shouldn't levy even though they have an installment agreement set up. You know. I couldn't make my rent last month. I had to borrow from my 80 year old dad who works 15 hour days. Believe it or not. You know. The govt and insurance industry should pay their bills on time. But they don't. You know. I could take a lot of people to small claims and i could levy and damage them with credit reporting. Where is that going to get me? the IRS has just about killed me. I have a one year old daughter at home and i have a LOW rent apartment of which i am grateful. It wasn't always like this. It's just the way it is. You know dude. Don't be so quick to judge. I'll say hi to you and greet you if you are ever on the way down from your high horse. Good Luck.
