OK you are correct on capital murder. My point goes to how many of these will be pled as capital murder of either degree as opposed to the quaint euphemism of manslaughter (ie. NON CAPITAL Murder (ironic in light of the subject) ... Fortunately for the victims the irony will be lost on them .. They'll just just be murdered or technically only manslaughtered.. Any lawyer that get's his client a deal for anything less than capital (but it's in their culture your honour, he couldn't help himself) murder, get's the murderer a shot @ 7 year parole under our system. Period. Let's not even dally with the young murderers act. You really believe that will not be the spin ? Roy Crashing out and hoping that if I get murdered it wil be simply Capital old man... so the b'tard gets' at least 25... By the way the two 20 somethings that killed a taxi driver last year racing got house arrest.. HOUSE ARREST and no driving for 4 years FOR CHRISSAKES... don't go to Afghanistan.. life is cheap enough here..
