They're outsourcing and seeking competitive advantage, just as we did. Agreed.

But the situation isn't static; as the article stated, India is creating millions of software engineers every year.

If the process "takes" in Mexico as it did in India, Mexico may be doing the same thing in a decade. Then India will have created a competitor (not a cheaper collaborator), just as we did by outsourcing to India.

And so on...
