Poisons will do that to people <Extensive and long term marijuana use can cause a degree of brain damage. > It's not really "can". Poisons are called poisons because they do actual harm. Over-wrought regulations do actual harm to people too. Damage and costs to the USA from fear have been vastly greater than the harm from the 911 attack.
