Knighty,
Is it time to buy DNA and/or AMGN, they are at their lows for a number of years, but not near the steal they were in spring of 2003.

Thanks

Does this mean TASR wants to buy STIY?
Why would STIY let TASR look under the hood?

Taser International Stipulates to Restrictive Protective Order to Glimpse Stinger System's New QFT Technology Capable of Being Fired in Wireless Projectile
Thursday May 31, 9:15 am ET

TAMPA, Fla., May 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Stinger Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: STIY - News) announced today that Taser International, Inc. (Nasdaq: TASR - News) has stipulated to a restrictive protective order in Taser v. Stinger (Federal Case CV07-0042-PHX-MHM) in order to get a glimpse of Stinger's new Quantum Flyback Technology (QFT). The QFT technology represents a fundamental research breakthrough that allows a stun gun circuit to be miniaturized to the point where it can be contained within a projectile, which can be fired from conventional police firearms.

A version of the QFT circuitry is presently contained in the state of the art Stinger S-200 remote contact stun gun now sold to law enforcement in 19 states and 15 countries. The company is currently establishing designs for the QFT circuitry for a wireless projectile.

Mr. Robert Gruder commented "Stinger Systems, Inc. has invested a lot of time and money into research and development. While this has delayed some of the Company's product launches and the Company's initial profitability, I believe it has also created enormous potential value for our shareholders. I also believe that the first company to package shock circuits into a commercially successful round that can be fired from conventional police firearms will quickly dominate the domestic and international law enforcement market for electronic control devices. I further believe that Stinger's heavy initial investment in R&D was a sound business decision. The value of the new QFT IP (intellectual property) for our investors is significant and hopefully will dramatically increase over time."
