FDR outlawed the type of predatory lending we are seeing today....allowed back in under Greenspan and his GS butt buddies.

When I try and educate homeowners about the situation they are in with arms/reset etc. a glazed look comes over their eyes and they tend to avoid me after that. -ng-

This will be very, very gnarly on the downside.

Owner financing will make a big come back, because for marginal buyers it will be the only type of financing available.
Many sellers will look at it as the easiest option of moving the property they are stuck with.
