Seems like the options expiration deal here. Computers
are bidding futures up. (FWIW, I doubt PPT has the
time to monitor all markets all day, but they have
good computer programs to sell volativity, as long as liquidity
is there -g-)

When there are too many OOM puts, then as time to expiration
gets shorter, less hedging is required. This causes short
covering in the futures. But I guess they had a few troubles
selling volativity in bonds lately -ggg-
