Was it ever pointed out by telk that the CMO and CEO were married? I don't recall it. That is such a sure-fire road to ruin in any business, and ought to be a material fact prominently disclosed. But I just searched the 10-k for "married, husband, wife, spouse" and turned up 0. Nice for them that in some jurisdictions they get a limited privilege and can't be made to testify against each other in certain circumstances. No idea what law is in CA. A good question where is eastbourne in all of this. Probably have their own lawyer. I bet investors in the $3 range make money eventually.
