re: Just because you don't read it in your local paper, or see it on a network news broadcast doesn't mean it isn't available from American sources. Not everyone (in fact few) have the time or inclination to search the bowels of the Internet and blogs for news that is obscure but shouldn't be.

And the British news sources are available here. Not that you really need to read them, because if they scoup a major story it gets repeated in other sources. Just because you don't read it in your local paper, or see it on a network news broadcast doesn't mean it isn't available from American sources. Its more true now; it was much less true 4 years ago. However, there are still stories that get broken overseas that are not picked up in the US. There was one just recently......I wish I could remember what it was. And they are still protecting Bush in a way. Its pretty common knowledge that Bush is drinking again and that his wife lives in a nearby hotel most of the time. Yet, its never discussed in the mainstream media.
