No Baldy, we own a small 850 square foot 1 bedroom condo in the building of 35 units. We're on the top (4th) floor though so do have a decent view when the smog isn't too thick, which is seldom! There are 3 buildings comprising the total complex....older but kept up nicely and one really neat thing is we get to park our cars in the basement of the building, so it's quite comfortable getting in the car even if 118 degrees outside....tuna
