If you have a point you should mention it. If I'm "skirting it" its because your either saying something other than your point, or your point is that "chemical weapons can be found at home depot" which is false. It was meant to illustrate the absurdity of yours that WMDs were found in iraq...you missed the obvious parody. That's the problem. You get lost in unimportant details in a pointless quest for absolute precision. Sure, they found a few decrepit shells buried somewhere, and some chemicals they called "precursors"...so what? This sampling entity is a country for crying out loud. Can you imagine an administration under siege for failure to confirm the single most talked about reason for the war, not screaming "WMDs found" from the roof tops. Actually bush did just that when a handful or rusted old helium mobile labs were found. And later bush was forced to admit that there were no WMDs...as in "practical terms no WMDs", relative to the arguments they made to go to war "no WMDs", not literally as you would come back and meaninglessly point out that the statement is strictly not exactly and most precisely true. And let's assume for a minute that they had some nerve agents hidden somewhere...so what again? The next big argument they made? That Iraq was an imminent threat to America somehow. That they (cheney) knew beyond doubt that Iraq was reconstituting their nuclear program. Give me a break. Think. Al
