I think there may have been a few that could have worked. Not that its really significant. If the issue is "did Iraq have a useable stockpile of chemical weapons right before the invasion" then the answer is almost certainly no.

The real debate is what would have happened in the long run had their not been an invasion. But no one can really be sure about that. There was no "control group" for this experiment.
