Invasion of any of those countries would be more difficult and have less justification, or hope for positive outcome. As for "more potentially dangerous", I think you'd have to drop Venezuela from that list, and the others are more potentially dangerous only because they have more total capability. That doesn't mean they are more likely to use that capability against the US, or in violent invasions of their neighbors. The fact that they have more capability is more an argument against invading them then for.
