Of course getting tough would be justifiable, but we're now in a position where there are too many to deal with and if we get too aggressive about it and don't find a compromise we could literally have wide spread rioting break out. The really disgusting thing about it is that since 9-11 the numbers are actually escalating. It's probably a million a year by now. Here are some numbers.
