and CNQ will be the IPO exchange of coice.

So does that give on line investors access to that exchange automatically in their regular trading platform or do they have to walk their broker over there to do a trade?
The volume and pricing would also remain obscure if that is the case. It then becomes more of an insider and da boyz exchange...no?

CNQ is still very small it looks like.
