cafferty is great, but his attacks are mild compared to what rw radio nuts like michael savage and mark levin are doing to him, lol

"Cafferty:”When there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, President Bush immediately seized on the idea of bringing freedom and democracy. How’s that workin’ out for you, Mr. President? The United States also pressured the Palestinians to hold elections. They elected Hamas, a terrorist organization. How’s that workin’ out for you, Mr. President? Hamas has now seized Gaza. The Abbas government has been dismantled and Hamas militants have been on a rampage, pillaging government institutions. It’s very unlikely they’ll be dipping their fingers in ink wells there, any time soon.”

"you end up blaming GWB for every death since Jesus."

No, just the ones since the Iraqi invasion.

"clinton sat back and enjoyed his bj's while he had every chance to kill OBL,"

Every time he lobbed a bomb at OBL, you guys on the right kept crying that the tail was wagging the dog. At every turn, when he tried to kill OBL, you guys on the right played the "traitor to America" but belitting and ridiculing his efforts. Perhaps you don't recall Clinton's last conversation with Bush before he took over the oval office. He told Bush that he believed his greatest failing as president was not having killed OBL. Wow, what kind of a warning do you need from one president to another. What did Bush Jr. do with Clinton's confession, zippo. Did Bush take heed?

"don't go crying to the government when the terrorist come to the USA to blow up your airport. Muslim terrorist are out to kill infidels...that means you, your family and your dog, unless you are a muslim."

Don't be so sure my friend, the infidels have no qualms about killing their muslim brothers and sisters.

" And if you think that cutting and running, "

I do think we should run. The president and his cronies have mismanaged the war, from the beginnning. Better to accept that we've lost, admit it and let's not waste any more American lives. I thought you were on the side of life. Oh yeah, I remember, life is precious before it is born, but cheap or worthless after that.

another cut and run republican

"Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell on CBS Face the Nation this morning:

SCHIEFFER: Well, you said the other day — and I’m going to use your words here — the handwriting is on the wall, that we are going in a different direction in the fall, and I expect the president to lead it. What did you mean by that, Senator?

MCCONNELL: Well, by that, I mean the surge is going to come to an end, obviously. It’s now — the buildup in troops is now complete. It will obviously go on over the summer. I think everybody anticipates that there’s going to be a new strategy in the fall. I don’t think we’ll have the same level of troops, in all likelihood, that we have now. The Iraqis will have to step up, not only on the political side, but on the military side, to a greater extent. We’re not there forever. I think they understand that. And the time to properly evaluate that, it strikes me, is in September."
