I continue to own a way overweight position in edv, however i do plan to vote against the merger as I dont feel its a good proposition as a shareholder to pay 45 times book and then release 40% of the shares right away. I would be willing to pay 4 times book and or have a 3 year lockout on all shares. Bu the way the deal is currently structured makes no sense to me as a shareholder.
