(And I have known some voices who trained reallllly hard, and they still made me cringe.)

You find them every year at the tryouts for American Idol. The Dance versions go on "So You think You Can Dance." They have convinced themselves they have talent. And are preyed upon by unscrupulous teachers. I know several ladies who are in the dance scene and have spent literally thousands of dollars with dance instructors. But they have "concrete legs." They should never go near a dance floor. And the women here have probably experienced the guy who thinks he is a great dancer and gives them instuction as he dances with them. But he can't stay on time. Awful.

One thing these talent shows have exposed is the parents who encourage their kids to do something for which they have no talent. It's a shame.
