Ahhhhhhhhhh.....no...he didn't.

What he said was....I doubt that orientations are chosen

He said that conduct and lifestyle are choices....for instance.....both heterosexuals and homosexuals can chose to be promiscuous.....or practice unsafe sex....or not be faithful to a partner....etc...
