kimfay..I have a case for you that is infinitely more profound than your obsession of naked shorting and your own greed to see that it does not exist. Your efforts should be directed to the greatest fraud every created on humanity that is; the promoting and spreading the concept that "a secular individual is devine"..ie. Jesus Christ. For if the human race specifically western thought can believe such a fraud that a secular individual is devine then you can believe anything to the extent of your own destruction. The greatest Brand created in humanity "Christ" and like the Mc Donald's Big Mac it is a horrible product sold at the expense of the consumer........LOL

OT: I agree that everyone needs to stand up and be heard. But people are lazy, they think their neighbor will speak out for them. Apathy is the enemy of Democracy & free markets. Look how long it took for people to wake up to what was happening in our government. Pitiful. That is a perfect example. I agree, we should scream loudly about the naked shorting (& other injustices such as how the privacy laws that took centuries to get in place - i.e. Privacy Act 1974 have not keep up with the internet technologies) to our elected reps. and the SEC. Over time it will matter a lot. Did you know that tapping VoIP phones is "legal" and currently being wildly exploited in the US??????? I know companies that create the software systems to do this. We have not been watching carefully and we are losing our freedom because of it. This is not opinion, it is fact. So when you sign up for the triple play with your cable or satellite dish company, you have just completely given away the privacy of your phone calls. I know most people have absolutely no clue that this is simply a fact.
