I wasn't splitting hairs. Rumors from those with a vested interest in the rumors don't count. That isn't nuance, that is reason.

As far as the buried parts, that only indicates a willingness to start the nuclear program at some future point. A few centrifuge parts are not a nuclear program and they don't constitute a WMD. Which was the topic of discussion.
