So who is Iran's missile system designed to threaten----------not the USA mainland as theoretically they can't reach this far yet-----however, it is designed to threaten our U.S. bases in the Gulf and take out Israel. And, what other countries can it take out there?

"The project has also raised concerns in Iran, which says its missile program is not designed to threaten the West.

Iran's Shahab-3 missile, with a range of 1,250 miles (2,000 km), is capable of hitting Israel and U.S. bases in the Gulf, Iranian officials say. Iran has refused to recognize Israel since its 1979 Islamic revolution toppled the U.S.-backed Shah."
