I'm not prepared to dump Paul into the "b-A-f'rs" camp until he puts that particular foot in his own mouth.

Me neither - even though he gave it a good try during the debate... :)

As far as I can tell, he's a "non-interventionist", not a "blame America firster". His recent comment might hint at blaming America, but I haven't seen anything like that from him in the past, so I'd give him some benefit of the doubt.
