Anyone can give their own meaning to a word. Yes, they can. That is what the Wiki writer was doing. He was applying the 19th century definition of "Progressive" to present day Liberalism/Socialism. I showed that to you. And defined the present day meaning of it. Which I just illustrated above. The left today is trying to hide their Marxism under the 19th Century definition of "Progressive." They want to do this because they can't sell the terms, Liberal, Socialist or Communist anymore.
