Our efforts in Afghanistan for instance are widely supported by both parties.

Oh, no. That's a revisionist version of history. Many Leftists were against the invasion. Don't you remember all the "Terrible Afghan Winter" hysteria? Here's an example.

On October 7, there was a peace rally of ten to twelve thousand people in New York City. The group marched from Union Square to Times Square, cheering the police at the beginning of the march. The list of about twelve speakers was cut to three or four by the police, and they were herded at the end into a one-lane-wide "bullpen".

Isolationist Libertarians were against it also. But they are so small a group they could have met in a phone booth.

There was a lot of American support for International Organizations, such as "Stop the War," "Amnesty Internationl," etc.

Liberals, may be a lot of things, but they are not anti-American.

That majority of them aren't.
