People are worried about getting involved because, in my opinion, we have turned into a sue happy nation. Few people are willing to take responsibility for their own stupidity and actions. It's just gotta be someone elses fault and I'm gonna sue!!!

With this whole spiked lot mess from April, I've received "the best advise you'll ever get" from people who hardly know me.

I've been told umteen times I need to sue the owner of the lot that was spiked and my daughter got hurt on. I keep telling people, the owner didn't do this, the idiot next door did and he's been charged with the crime. Why on earth would I wanna sue someone for something someone else did?

It just boggles the mind!
