Hi pcy, I am curious if you have considered that your China portfolio is just about one month away from long term capital gains status. Taking profits now create short term capital gains and higher taxes (assuming you did not place these investments in an IRA, 401K or other tax deferred account). Does this factor into your decision making process on when to take profits? Are you taking profits now because you expect these gains to fall during the next month? btw, good call on these selections last year. TIA T.O.
