GTCB was down 18.39 % at its intraday L & still is down 13.79% on volume of 646,720 >2x its ADV. bigcharts.marketwatch.com It announced today that it plans to sell 6,896,550 shares of common at a price of $0.87/shr, together with 7 year warrants in the same amount & $0.87 price to exercise. The stock has had a fast dip from its Jan 30 intraday H of $1.19 (That was also the intraday H on Sep4; 5 & 10. so it will now have a god amount of resistance at that level.<g>) bigcharts.marketwatch.com GTCB has impressive triple digit improvements on revenues in the last 4Qs & has been trimming some its losses, but the EL for 2007 is still around $0.46/shr vs. $0.53 in 2006 It has a negative CF around $1.45/shr.
