China is building two large power stations every week -
the top climate change official at the UK Foreign Office,
John Ashton, has said.

He said there was no point blaming China for rising global
CO2 emissions.

Rich nations had to set an example of low-carbon development for China to follow, Mr Ashton told the BBC.

His statement came as a Dutch think tank reported that China had already overtaken the US as the world's biggest emitter of CO2.

This is an email that I got from Berman 6/22/07.

This is what I wrote:

Mr. Berman,

I am a long-term investor and follower of yours. First, I would like to thank you for keeping us well informed with news and updates. I am writing to you in response to the PPS of RSDS. I am not sure if you use Investorshub.com to see what share holders are stating about your company but there seems to be so much doubt in Russell Industries getting the permits and the questions about a another 504 (dilution). I am looking to invest more into this company as I do believe we have an awesome creation forming here that many will want to get in on. Although I do have a concern currently with the falling share price. I see in the posts that the shareholders are becoming uneasy about their investment due to these to concerns. I would really appreciate a response.

Thanks in advance

Mr. Barman’s Response:

Please see future press releases. I am not allowed, by SEC regulation, to have improper conduct (one on one) with shareholders. I would say this; the drop in PPS is directly proportionate to shareholders selling at a low price, presumed to be less that what they paid. Most certainly these shares are sold at a loss. I cannot control what shareholders choose to do regarding selling at a loss, therefore, your concern might be better answered by asking the shareholders why they would sell at a loss?

The company is still on track.
We cannot answer to the question of the lower PPS due to the lack impatient traders.

RSDS is going up… We have a strong CEO with a vision to where we are going. Don’t let the weak persuade you in making HUGE profits coming up!!
