You don't sound like you have ever visited with either the Canadians or the Mexicans about their aspirations for the future.

Both countries are very proud of their nations and have no interest in being an extension of the US as anything other than an equal partner.

I am not a Ron Paul supporter, but I have too admit, I too dream of a UNITED NORTH AMERICA.

To clarify the above statement in regard to Ron Paul, he does NOT advocate or support giving up our sovereignty to form a North American Union.

Therefore, you can add one more reason for not being a Paul supporter.
