messrs. gottfried and adams, I have an institutional account at IB (about 2 years now). Early on IB sent me the "SafeWord Platinum" encription card made by SecureComputing. www.securecomputing.com I have used the card whenever I wanted to take cash out (wire or ACH). It took some getting used to, but I appreciated the level of security. Since I did not have the SecureComputing card at both places, last week IB gave me (over the phone) a temporary passcode usable for 5 days. I guess when that temp code expires, I will need to carry the SecureComputing device between my two offices....
