Interesting that Nifong got the punishment that he requested - disbarment. Gee, I hope if I ever get in trouble the court will go along with the punishment I request. He needs to brought up on criminal charges separate from that hearing.

The 88 are about to learn that just because they can't be fired for their speech, it doesn't mean there may not be other consequences attached to it. A teachable moment.
