Well ... as always - I assume all of that is dependant on sales.. so The "Pro's" (IMO) stem directly from their products.. the litter especially is terrific !! and their line of natural food products are targeting the right customers (and yes - they did voluntarily pull product that MAY have been involved w/the recall ... but not necessarily contaminated) Plus - they now have placement w/in the Drs Fosters & Smith effort = first class retail pet products The current Con's I see may be limited to their PR efforts which rest mainly w/in a news letter and not so active w/the normal pinksheet type updates... therefore all of the progress announcements have been rather quietly received...
