Here's what I hate. Everywhere the left's nostrums are applied, human poverty and death follows. Everywhere classical liberalism and economic freedom hold sway human prosperity, productivity, and happiness follows. And yet the left is unrelenting in its blindness and its drive to inflict their misery on all of us. I hate their lies and the damage they have inflicted. I'm not an ideologue. I'm a pragmatist who sees what works and wants more of it.

Of course, its Bush's fault that the left hates him. Everything is Bush's fault. Why does a big segmeng of the left reject the idea that AQ was behind 911, believing instead that explosives were set in the buildings and so on?

Steve, what is your source for the percentages you talk about? The media? Who are the informants for whatever poll? Who makes the choices of who to use as an informant? Does anyone bother to take the IQ or even the body temperature of any of the people who supposedly respond to polls? My guess is after just returning from a multi-days trip to the East Coast and as you may know, I live on the West Coast and have ample opportunity to talk with many here as well...that the majority of Americans and ILLEGALS and other visitors to this country can hardly tie their shoes to keep from tripping over the laces and chew gum at the same time. The average JoeBlow doesn't know who the Secretary of State, or Defense, or the VP or the Speaker of the House is, but you can bet they all know what the Red Sox are doing, and what Paris Hilton and Brittany are doing. My guess is that the average young American fresh out of of HS thinks more about his/her next date than they do about American foreign or economic policy. Other than our Military, who really are by in large, the best of the best. So be sure to state where those so called polls are from and who/what group did them and what criteria were used.
