Your post is a little hard to follow, but even if its conclusion - "So Dahn Petterson exhaggerated and lied about heroin in Sweden and blamed it all on an ethnic group, that is the base of the case." is true, its irrelevant to the issue "???????S" raised. If Petterson said "95% of all heroin in Sweden comes from Kosovo, and if he was mistaken, or even lying, that doesn't dismiss the free speech concerns raised by trying him and convicting him for saying it. The reason he got into trouble was because he was slandering the Albanians, not trying to help them. To make his case, he exaggerated the numbers.
