why didn't they do anything about it? Well ya, that's what some people are saying. Don't you remember the look on Rice's face when they asked her what the title of the report was? ........I've never said or even hinted that Bush was behind 9-11 or knew specifically about it. What he should have known was that something was coming and something was coming soon. That was what Tenet and Black tried so hard to share with the administration - specifically Rice.
