Guess again........ The close printed a harami, not a hammer. rsi is in no mans land. Other technical studies are nowhere or entering compression. Fundamental news is laughable. Increasing authorized share counts by 100% with SFNN's record of equity destruction and acquiring a supposed increase in revenue is nonsense. Assume the revenue is doubled. So is the os and as. In other words, the bottom line remains the same if no other costs are incurred........ and you know acquisitions ALWAYS incur costs - goodwill, debt, stock distributions, etc. It is all horsecrap. SFNN is much the same just some hocus-pokus added to fool the bagholders some more. Don't forget La Jolla!!!!! They will be destroying this stock for a long time. Barron is an idiot if he thought that crap had to be done. He sold shareholders down the proverbial creek.
