Hi,

at this time we only have a very limited sample of definite failures (I remember 4). But what was common to all those cases and hardly seen in all others was a persistent pressure on warrants which soon traded at less than a third of the intrinsic value. Of all others only 2 warrants (and a dual class package) traded cheaply and this occurred towards the yearend where prices are skewed by the tax loss selling.
