"but so is a genuine concern about voter fraud."

Ok. But what is the actual rate of voter fraud? Given the actual convictions, or even charges, the rate is rally small. Most of the convictions are for those who have registered fraudulently for one reason or another. Even then, the numbers are very small. Like on the order of a dozen or so per year. Of which maybe one or two actually voted. Even then, it is usually they voted in the wrong precinct like Ann Coulter. What ever happened with that? Oh, yeah. Being white and affluent, there was no chance of her getting jail time...

However, for those with less swing, why risk voting?
