Nope. Prices are pretty much in line in OR, and they're even less than in WA which has onerous gas tax.

Right - no sales tax! Go for it! There is a Saks downtown and a wonderful store called the Mercantile.

No - you can't pump your own gas - the station employees must do it. Gas in Oregon is about 50-60 cents more per gallon than Missouri.
