Why do bashers bash?

Of course, there is worm, transmitting as senor basher from mama's villa. This character has more multiple ID's than grains of sand on a small beach.

Take a look at this and ask yourself why someone who claims to be a "good samaritan" would break rules to personally attack people for merely posting opinions.

Why it's enough to give one a good case of bloody stools and nervous tics.

His asssistant Left Tenant PNC Elbac will be reporting for doody soon.

There are many flavors of market manipulation. In some cases, there are probably legitimate folks who try to out the scammers we all know are prevalent in the pinks. The problem is that all business people are not scammers. When you measure everyone with the same stick you tend to see what you were looking for. Further, if the "investigators" do not offer the subject of their "investigation" the opportunity to refute the charges, they are little more than web vigilantes.

Infiltrated into and with the legitimate "investigators" are the market manipulators. These are the ones like those you describe, who (in the guise of an investigator), choose to attack legitimate investors who have risked their capital in a stock based upon their own due diligence. They predict a stock demise with disturbing accuracy, and the tape of the stock shows consistent market action that speaks more to manipulation than to free enterprise.

In the pinks such investment often turns out to be a real crapshoot. Most of us do not commit more than we can afford to lose. Still, we have every right to express our optimism about a company with other long investors. That is what freedom of speech is all about. When we are attacked for expressing those views, accused of felonies and securities violations, and threatened with lawsuits for fighting back, we have witnessed and become victims of the same tactics of intimidation and repression that Hitler and his minions made famous in WW-II against the Jews.

If the U.S. Government cannot impose the same legalities that it has in written correspondence and oral speech on the WWW, I fear we have a prefect venue for those who would attack others for their own power-mad purposes. They are not good samaritans at all. They will reap what they have sown.
