My post that you cited was in reply to other users' dialog discussing bans, ignores, and the like. It was intended to advise users that we intend to place some sort of expiration on bans. That seems pretty clear. My comment that it is not a high-priority project was and is not at odds with that goal. The priority has not changed. The eventuality of it being done has been delayed by at least the amount of time it took to restate for you what has already been stated.
