Look for rumors of an emergency rate cut to materialize around 2.30 pm.

It will be enough time before 4, for the market to go positive.

We could find out during the weekend that dozens of hedge funds are shutting down without returning any money to investors and they' all be cryin' for a 100 basis point rate cut.
