what's the old saying "3 steps & a stumble" as it implies to rising interest rates.

Methinks were at the stumbling stage.

Anyway, except for some selected shorts & ultra bear ETF's that's it for me.

perhaps this is the start of the summer decline -- since I've given up. Will be interesting to see how far it goes -- market decline with a small decline in the dollar today. Could be the start ...

this is certainly ugly -- I'd guess a minimum of 10-15% down now before a bounce ensues
