Big difference between market price and value price. These are collaterized obligations. Anyone with money could buy these debts, foreclose on the collateral and make lots of money. I did this in the late 70s. I bought lots of paper and foreclosed and made great money. Therefore I don't think this is a problem. It is a problem for those without money and who have to sell at market price. But the big boys with liquidity can pick up the paper and realize on the collateral and make a fortune.
