I dont like it either. Its pretty obvious they are STONEWALLING THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE. The only way, if ever, this fence is gonna get built is if Congress suffers a TREMENDOUS turnover. We the people, need to instill in Congresspeople the fear of us rather then the SPECIAL INTERESTS. Can we do it? Probably not, too many people either are too dumb to understand or to lackidasical to act. jdn
